Students– This is a great activity to get outside and work on some throwing and catching! Some of the challenges include: Design your own workout or dance routine. Can i introduce these to my children as well as techears ? On another week give just the link to the jump roping. Is it possible to break these lessons up into smaller “chunks?” For example, I would like to give a link to students just for the ball handling videos. Glad it was helpful for you and your students! Love your stuff! If you have any of the equipment below (frisbee, ball, jump rope, balloon etc), you can practice reviewing or working on any of the skills that we’ve learned in PE class this year. My goal when making these pe games/activities is to be able to use equipment that every student would already have at their house.
