That's ridiculous. This has a bearing on certain unattended kiosks, toll roads, automatic gas pumps, and such in Europe. Anyway, I got an email form my Citi Bank Advantage card that they now offer the chip & "sign". Fair Isaac does not provide "credit repair" services or advice or assistance regarding "rebuilding" or "improving" your credit record, credit history or credit rating.
